[Scan-DC] Pro-2096 clearance

The Ballston Commons (Arlington) RadioShack has an unknown quantity (>= 1) 
of Pro-2096's on clearance for $299, down from $499, if anyone is looking 
for one. This is as of Saturday, around 3 pm.

I picked up a new Pro-2018 (very basic conventional desktop, no 800 MHz) on 
clearance for $34 to use out in the country. They may have more. They also 
had the handheld version of the 2018 (can't remember the model) on clearance 
for $39.
