[Scan-DC] what is a 'Code 1 assist?

In my federal department, code 1 is lights and sirens. Code 2 is routine.

I'm not sure that would male sense - code 3 is just that - Lights (1) siren (2) and speed (3) but code 1 is just come. Priority 1 - that's different.

Code 1 is likely the opposite - lights and sirens.
