I use it when there is an incident on 395 or 66 in Arlington. Usually the 
video quality is not good enough to see any significant detail beyond how 
many emergency units are on the scene, which lanes are blocked, and how bad 
the traffic backup is. The quality is never good enough to see any 
personally identifiable details or injury details.
