[Scan-DC] Anyone Railfan?

There's always www.railroadradio.net, but alas there are no feeds covering
Virginia that I can see. I'm sure they'd love to have someone host a stream
however. . . there was a feed at one time that covered Petersburg and points
South, but I see it's offline now.
