0752- Flash 71 (F-15s, 71st FS Langley)-check into W386 (249.8) then 
switch to W386 common (312.3)
0803- Omaha 7-w/Raven Ops (165.2375) reporting they are " on station" & 
transmitting. Mike unit at Guardian reports they are not receiving their 
signal. Omaha 7 is 47 miles out & will try when they get closer.
0814- Navy 7N679 (UC-12, Base Flt, ADW)-depart ADW (118.95)
0818- Mike unit (165.2375) at Guardian reports to Omaha 7 that they have 
unsteady picture---fades in and out and freezes up.  Omaha 7 reports 
camera is pointed at 3821N/7715W.
0824- Reach 532T- depart ADW (118.95). Prob advance flight in prep for 
POTUS (Bush) last flight to Texas on Air Force 1 later today.
0942- Omaha 7-w/PTC (128.35) advising that their organization has 
requested that they orbit in an area 40 miles west of Dahlgren VA.
0947- Taco 99 (RC-26D # 92-0373)-w/PTC (119.85) requesting clearance for 
FL5.5 for "on station"
0947- Sonic 01 & 02 (F-22s, Langley AFB VA)-check in w/Huntress (260.9 & 
228.9). Tanker 16 (KC-135R, 62-3577, 77th ARS Seymour Johnson) also 
checks in w/Huntress (228.9). DC CAP established.
0957- Taco 98 (RC-26D #94-0263)-land at ADW (118.4)
1000- Pelican 01 (P-3C VP-45 NAS Jacksonville)-w/Jaguar (not heard ) on 
discrete (324.0) confirming that downlink freq is 14.52 GHz. Pelican 01 
also w/ZDC (133.9) for clearance for orbits for next 5 hours
or so at FL15.5.
1002- Tester 03 (F-18B # 161707 NTPS PAX) & Tester 962- (T-6 Texan II # 
165962, NTPS PAX)w/BW (256.5) in moving target detection test flt--962 
is acting as target.
1029- Omaha 07-w/Raven Ops (165.2375) reporting they are close on fuel 
and are coming straight back to MTN. Land MTN (121.3) at 1054.
1034- Jena 033 (FBI Cessna 206, N208EB, Manassas VA)-check in w/PTC 
(119.85). At 1156 Jena 033 reports complete and requests RTB Manssas VA.
1035- Tester 04 (F-18B # 161360 NTPS PAX)-w/BW (270.8)
1036- Salty Dog 326 (F-18B # 162857,VX-23 PAX)-w/BW (270.8)
1157- Pelican 01-w/Sand Hog 01 (unid-324.0) testing comms readability. 
Pelican 01 also w/Jaguar requesting they relay to Sand Hog 01 that 
Pelican 01 is receiving Sand Hog 01 weak but readable on UHF. Pelican 03 
(prob P-3C) also establishes orbit in same area as Pelican 01.
135- Tanker 16-w/Griffin CP (378.1) requesting pp to home base. Tanker 
16 departs CAP 1345.
1238- Reach 6023-w/DOV Metro (342.0) requesting wx at KCHS (Charleston 
AFB SC) for 1900Z.
1245- Sonic 02 (F-22, Langley)-w/Griffin CP (378.1) requesting wx update 
for Langley AFB VA.
1347- Sonicc 03 & 04 (F-22s, Langley)-check into the CAP (350.25) as 
does Tanker 17.
1409- SAM 2800 (VC-25 82-8000, PPO ADW)-departs ADW (118.95) carrying "W 
" home to Crawford.
1420- SAM 4123-depart ADW (118.95).
1426- SAM 91 (VC-32A # 98-0001, 1st AS ADW)-depart ADW (118.4 & 125.65),
