SAM 28000 (VC-25A, 82-8000) went wheels up with the ex-President from 
Andrews at 1401 EST while on ADW Tower freq 118.4. He did a slow circle, 
came around and did a flyby over the runway at Andrews at 1000 feet, 
told Tower he was switching to departure and came up with Potomac TRACON 
on 118.95 where he was cleared from 1,000 to 3,000 feet and was off on 
the trip to Texas.
