[Scan-DC] Fw: FBI Security for the Inauguration

Interesting traffic about an hour ago.  Bldg Maint or Security on 406.425 were told i no uncertain terms to 'do not attempt to access the roof' due to the FBI being up there.  This was after the swearing in, during the lunch in the Capitol.  Anybody know what building I was hearing?  And, why would they be on the roof?
