I'd choose one of the US Park PD or the US Capitol PD freqs. They're active
even now. I'd listen tonight, pick one or three, and see if it works in the
AM.

I collected a lot of data from monitoring Sunday at Gravelly Point.  I
haven't had a chance to "process" it yet, so it's fairly raw.  There are
many abbreviations, etc.  Some of the frequencies may not be related to the
Inauguration, but most are.
