[Scan-DC] DCFD using E56 & E76

DCFD seems to be using E56 and Paramedic Engine 76 on downtown calls today. Are these units from Arlington and Alexandria? Or special inauguration units? Or regular units?

Asthma call at 781 7th St NW got E2 + PME76 + A16
