[Scan-DC] CAP and a correction

I had earlier thought that the UHF Customs freq was 350.25, not .025 as had been reported. Chris Parris says that the .025 freq is correct - I could have sworn that it was 350.25, but obviously I had my eyes crossed...

269.55 is the UHF side of 126.55, which is nominally the TRACON from DCA, but can and has been used in the past as the alternate for 135.525. 

Add 273.55 (Huntress) and 306.35 (ARROW comms) to the list. 

Today I understand the ARROW interflight is 276.55, per the Milcom sticky thread. Watch that thread for further milcom stuff - those guys are good.
