[Scan-DC] Huntress

Leesburg usually.  Not only would you hear Huntress but you would also hear 
the Potomac TRACON Guard Dog controller.  As far as I can tell both transmit 
from the FAA location at Rt7/Rt15, but Guard Dog does all the time. 
Sometimes it sounds more like Huntress is transmitting from IAD or Herndon. 
But today with Huntress on 228.9 I haven't heard him at all.
