[Scan-DC] Monitoring from Rosslyn - Jan 16

Here's some federal freqs I found yesterday and today.  I didn't include anything I didn't confirm as on-freq, any standard trunk systems covered in Radio Reference, local DC system, etc.  Some channel users are real obvious, but others I didn't label with user yet, as I didn't listen enough to verify the traffic.

You'll need to have a P25 digital scanner to hear many of these, and many of the P25 channels are encrypted.  I've included the NAC codes when I noted them.  So far I'm making just a 'first pass' finding the obvious.  Hopefully I can refine the list soon.

I intend update this list nightly through next Wednesday, when I leave town.  

I hope this list will give some of you something to listen to during the Inauguration week, especially if you aren't from the DC area, or don't listen to fed channels much.

I also hope it will encourage others to add to the list, and/or note corrections or clarifications, for the benefit of everyone on SCAN-DC.

Obviously, the USSS and most related agencies are encrypted, but there should be enough DC MPD, National Park Service, and other agency traffic to get a pretty good idea of what is happening, especially if you are watching TV on Tuesday.
