[Scan-DC] PG/Fairfax Fire Patches

There was something similar at the Mariner Health nursing home at 5721 Grosvenor Lane in Bethesda (Montgomery County); a pipe froze and broke and they had to relocate patients from one entire wing into the rest of the bldg... at one point they thought they might have to evacuate...
