No, RR has nothing to do with ham stuff - except for Skywarn - in the databases.

As to using the RR import function, you'll have to be a bit more specific in what software you are using. From the 2 I have (I use FreeScan more often), you would first sign on with your userid/password. Then select US from the drop down menu, then select the correct state or region. Each category should have a seperate entry; if it doesn't, then the index for the database needs to be updated. You should check each category you want to download.

I can't check on this while at work, as I'm not allowed to download software here.

Of course, the Park Police only has 4 or 5 frequencies....
