      Coast Guard establishes security zone for presidential railway
tour


      PHILADELPHIA- On Jan. 17, 2009, the Coast Guard will establish
five temporary security zones for a scheduled railway transit by
high-ranking government officials.

      The security zones will be in effect 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Jan.
17, 2009, and include the following areas:

        a.. Delaware River, shoreline to shoreline beginning at the
Walt Whitman Bridge south to the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
        b.. Schuylkill River, shoreline to shoreline beginning at the
mouth and ending at the Fairmont Park Dam in Philadelphia.
        c.. Christina River, shoreline to shoreline beginning at the
mouth and ending at the public dock at Ship Yard Shops in Wilmington,
Del.
        d.. Brandywine Creek, shoreline to shoreline beginning at the
mouth and ending 500 yards north of the train trestle located in
approximate position 39 44'23"N, 75 32'13"W in Wilmington, Del.
      At certain times during this period, security zone enforcement
may limit or prohibit navigation by commercial and recreational
waterway users. Vessels already at berth, mooring or at anchor in the
zone at the time the zone is implemented do not have to depart the
area. All vessels underway within this zone at the time it is
implemented, are to depart the zone.
