[Scan-DC] links and frequencies

I've added 2 sets of attachments to the DC Inaugural sticky on RadioReference, which can be found at:

There is a text file with all the links to the RadioReference database for many (although not every) agency listed in the newsletter. These links should help those that are using the web service to program their scanners. Note that some of the listings aren't quite as complete as the newsletter's, but it is a good start. The links have been installed in our temp page, and hopefully will show up soon.

Next is a zip file containing an Excel spreadsheet from Dan KA8YPY outlining the various amateur repeaters being looked at for Inaugural support. You will need to unzip it using WinZip or similar before you can view it.
