[Scan-DC] Frederick Frequency - 2nd try

I'll take a listen and see if I can pick them up from Gburg... is the freq 461.8, 462.8, or both?  (Easy enough to try both).  My new PRO-197 reads out the PL frequency so I should be able to tell easily if they're in range.
