It's a very professionally written and designed publication. I especially
liked the "monitoring Inaugurations for 32 years" article.

 

There are lots of interoperability freqs, and a reference to the FCC pubs as
well. I believe for VHF, the higher freq of a pair is the repeater output.
For UHF, the lower freq is the repeater output.
