[Scan-DC] Tower install

[Merlin]

 I want to put up a Rohn 25 tower on my property. The county says I can go as high as 65'. I applied for my permit today and got through zoning, well & septic, etc., but they are requiring me to get a Maryland licensed structural engineer to sign off on their requirement of 90 mile an hour winds for 3 seconds. I have all of the Rohn spec.drawings for the foundation, guys, etc., but they will not accept them without a Maryland engineers stamp. Does anyone know an engineer I can hire to help me?
