[Scan-DC] Anyone hear lookout for Santa on MoCoPo channels tonight?

I understand the ritual part, but you have to be careful these days.
According to Fox-5 news on yesterday, Tempe, AZ is having a problem with
folks wearing santa type garb going around and obstructing speed cameras.  I
guess kind of similar to Moog's problem where folks are counterfeiting
license plates, then intentionally triggering speed cameras.
