All - Who uses the "Cactus - XX" call sign? I have heard it a lot on 128.7000 and 118.9500 but have not been able to correlate the call sign with an organization. Sounds as though it may be some sort of law enforcement/gov call sign with a local operating area. Ralph Johnson
