[Scan-DC] Will RS Pro-197 work for Fairfax Cnty Police?

The 197 is a digital scanner.  From the manual:

"The scanner can receive APCO-25 C4FM/CQPSK IMBE digital
signals."

So it should receive unencrypted digital P25 signals.
