Tender-CG Stn Curtis Bay) requesting port
authorites be notified of some fishing nets that are blocking the 
shipping channel to Baltimore Harbor.
0822- Tester 13 (T-38C # 15-8201, NTPS PAX)-check in w/BW (270.8). 
Another sortie in the mid-1500 hour.
0824- Risky 51 flt (F-22s, Langley)-check into W72 (233.7).
0832- Rider 81  flt (F-22s, Langley)-check into W386 (249.8) then on 
W386 common (312.3) in ACM training.
0901- Scary 1 & Wild 1 flts (F-16s, 121st FS DC ANG ADW)-check into W107

0908- CG Sector Baltimore (157.15)- w/USCGC William Tate (WLM 560 Keeper 
Class Coastal Buoy Tender, Philadelphia, PA) reporting underway w/24 POB 
for patrol in Baltimore Harbor.
1003- Tester 959 (T-6 Texan II # 165959, NTPS PAX) & another T-6 (using 
call "#2")-w/BW (256.5) in various spin/stall testing maneuvers. Both 
acft alternate being chase/observer for the maneuvering acft.
1036- Score 537 (sounds like-EA-6B, VX-23, PAX )-w/PAX approach (250.3) 
then QSY to 281.8
1045- Tester 443 (NP-3D # 157443, NTPS PAX)-w/BW (270.8)
1134- Tester 02 (F-18B # 162885, NTPS PAX)-w/BW (270.8) reporting 
completion of test. Another sortie in the late 1400 hour.
1443- N162W (BAC-1-11, NGTF)-check in w/BW (270.8) for entry into test 
area. Then working w/Echo Control (262.95)
1445- Dolphin 1 (HH-65C, CGAS ACY)-on marine chnl 83A (157.175)
1450- Bicep flt (2 X F-16s, 119th FS NJ ANG ACY)-check in w/BW (119.275)
1450- Ratch & Slam flts (F-22s, 149th FS VA ANG Langley)-on sqdn 
discrete (228.35) complaining about someone else using 36 prime and 39 
prime being " garbage freq." QSY to 37 prime (262.025). One of the
Ratch flt develops an unspecified malfunction which occurred at Mach 1.3 
and forced him to end training and RTB Langley with stright-in approach.
1550- Axeman flt (2 X A-10Cs, 104th FS MD ANG, MTN)-w/BW (270.8).
