[Scan-DC] Silver Spring Incident

Does anyone know anything about an incident this afternoon in Silver Spring MD near Piney Branch Road and University Boulevard East?  Apparently some sort of police-involved shooting, possibly similar to one that occurred in the Gaithersburg area last week involving somebody trying to run down a cop?  Thanks!
