Now that I think about it, it seems a little strange in this day and age that they would advertise who it is with a flag (not that any of us would know that one)... but then again it's part of the Pomp and Circumstance, I guess.

well, I think I found the flag -- apparently its for an Asst. Secretary of Defense (scroll to the bottom)

but that was a lot of resources just for an Asst Secretary

the President-elect doesnt have a flag, at least not officially, as the position has no official standing in the government.
