[Scan-DC] motorcade comm vehicle

I've been seeing that vehicle since 9-11.  I think it is a satellite  
communication vehicle, but am not sure.  You can see it in the  
background of this picture

The back two antennas are very thick--kind of reminds me of the  
wireless router antennas only about 50x the size.  You'd almost think  
they were 'laser canons' or something (if these are the same antennas  
we're talking about).

As for jamming, I've been on my phone (usually moaning that I'm stuck  
behind a motorcade) on many occasions without any signal loss.
