[Scan-DC] DCFD/EMS Simulcast

MPD Citywide 1 used to be simulcast on 159.15.

Yes, it's been down a lot, recently.  This latest time it's been at least
two weeks.  (As far as I know there has never been a VHF simulcast of
anything from MPDC).

	Has anyone else noticed that the DCFD/EMS Simulcast has been down
over the past week or so? I have never been able to hear the MPD one, but
now I can't hear DCFD. I guess it's time to invest in a APCO 25 w/
