[Scan-DC] Fenty on radio simulcast

I heard someone on DC Fire dispatch this morning telling everyone to be well and stay safe, or some such thing.  I thought it might have been some long-time firefighter working his last shift before retirement.  Now I can see that it was just an unpaid, political announcement!
