The system is operating the same as usual for me.  UniTrunker doesn't show 
anything different.

I heard from one of their radio installation techs that they are rebanding. 
He is changing out their mobiles and portables to be flashed and installing 
the newly flashed radios.  Ken is probably correct.  Unfortunately, I live 
too far out now to receive their control channel, but someone might want to 
throw it on Trunker or Pro-96 to see if any changes have been made.

Maybe they have already started the rebanding so there might be new
channels in the trunk system lineup causing the radios confusion.
