[Scan-DC] Motorcade in Chantilly around 1330

Anyone hear any chatter on FFXC PD channels regarding a motorcade?  Got
stopped in traffic after lunch because the FFX Motorsquad blocked off
traffic for about 20 minutes and let a fairly large motorcade run South on
Stonecroft Road?
