[Scan-DC] FFX County Public Safety

Maybe a dumb question here.  Is FFX county making adjustments to their
antenna orientation and/or coverage? Or testing the 9600 control channel
"upgrade"?  Lately I've been having trouble with both my radios (PRO-96 &
PRO-2096) sticking on control channels. I haven't changed anything on my end
(i.e. programming via WIN96 or location) and did not have any reception
grief until about a month ago.  Geographically, I can see the gargantuan
antenna tower in Merrifield, so I am close to the signals.
Since the 'sticking' started, I've programmed banks a number of different
ways, (but won't go into those details here), all to no avail.

Any assistance would be enormously appreciated.  I don't want to drop out of
a 25 year old hobby.
