[Scan-DC] Bad accident on 110

[Andrew Clegg]

Park Police didn't answer. Arlington decided to transport by ground instead 
(going to Fairfax). I think they could have already been at the hospital if 
they hadn't been hanging around trying to hale a helicopter.
