[Scan-DC] Scanner Recomendations

Currently the GRE PSR-500 & 600 scanners work very well receiving ESK, we even have one available online if interested and we are currently beta testing a firmware upgrade for the Uniden 396 & 996T which appears to be working well also but needs a little more attention, programming and setting to work.

The lack ESK trunk tracking won't be an issue in the very near future. I'll 
be talking more about that in a week from Monday (Sep 29) on the Btown 
Monitoring Post.
