[Scan-DC] DC Civil Air Patrol -- What's a good time to listen?

I programmed in the Civil Air Patrol frequencies listed for DC in RR. Over 
the last week, I have captured only a few brief moments of CAP-related 
activity, using a voice-activated digital recorder (no time or frequency 
stamp). I have also captured a few seconds of digital traffic on one of the 
channels (no idea what format; I'm using an analog receiver).

Are there times when CAP is more active than others?
