[Scan-DC] Hurricane Hanna in So. Maryland

Hanna will be blowing through the region on Saturday.  They're already  
telling us in Southern Maryland and over on the Eastern Shore to stock  
up. 2-4 'surge' above high tide is likely on the Bay and Potomac,  
along with TS winds.

Should be a busy weekend.  Here are some online scanners down here
