[Scan-DC] Layfayette LA FD Procedures Today

Listening to Layfayette LA public safety on teamspeak://70.87.174.165:8796 .
At about 10am today, dispatcher (or possibly the chief) announced 
that when winds reach 60 mph, expected about 5pm today, FD will stop 
responding to any incidents except structure fires.  Winds expected 
to fall back to 60 mph after about 1am Tuesday.  When winds fall back 
to 60 mph, regular response procedures will be resumed.
