[Scan-DC] GUSTAV FREQUENCIES

These frequencies need to be left clear for the next few days but should be
monitored for Hurricane Gustav traffic.  This frequency will be called the
Hurricane Watch Net.  Station  WX4NHC  will be the control station.
       The frequencies are as follows:
                                        14.325 mhz    7.268 mhz     3.950
mhz

Many online feeds now available also.
