1125- Ginzu & Viper flts (F-22s, Langley)-on GK discretes (269.9 & 
312.3) then w/Langley Metro (238.9) chatting about imminent wx.
1133- Coach 51 & Vodka flts (F-22s, Langley)-on GK discrete (312.3) 
coordinating ACM procedures. Due to wx closing in will fight a " high 
war" above the clouds.
1135- JOSA 902 (id as C-21 # 84-0093)-w/Griffin CP (378.1). Need ADW 
C-21 maintenance guys to look over their acft before they depart ADW.
1158- Reach 2112 (C-17A, 02-1112, 183rd AS MS-ANG)-check in w/ZDC 
(133.9) at FL200 requesting FL240. At 1208 Reach 2112 w/DOV CP (349.4) 
w/inbound msg & upload info.
1433- Reach 6023 (C-5B, 86-0023, 436th AW Dover)-check in w/ZDC (127.7)
1440- N161NG (BAC-1-11, Northrop-Grumman Test Facility 
Baltimore)-working with Northrop Base. Base advises they don't have 
anything on their scopes to which the acft replies that they are at 
10,000 ft which
is significantly lower then usual.
1445- Smash flt (F-16 119th FS, NJ ANG ACY)-check in w/ZDC (307.25)
1631-  Bully 1 flt (F-16s, 121st FS DC ANG ADW)-check in w/ZDC (281.4) 
requesting direct RBX which was apparently granted.
1643- Decoy 99 (C-5A 167th AS WVA ANG Martinsburg WVA)-w/Pikeside 
(297.0-167th AS WVA ANG Ops) reporting a bird strike and they will be 
RTB to Martinsburg WVA. Decoy 99 reports some minor
vibratrions but acft appears to be fine. Returning as a precaution 
according to SOP.Decoy 99 asks Pikeside to advise the tanker thet they 
are RTB Martinsburg.
1647- Topcat 3 (KC-135, NJ ANG McGuire AFB NJ)-w/Torch Control (305th 
AMW Ops McGuire AFB NJ-303.0) passing Blackjack msg: TCU27; V2110; WS.
