Actually, it IS liveatc.com.  Listening to Logan's (Boston's) clearance 
delivery during the outage I heard one controller tell a pilot who was stuck 
at the gate..."Make some new coffee and get a snack."

Live atc is a great site...with ATC comms from around the world.
