[Scan-DC] Did a DC-3 just fly over Alexandria?

When I drove by Andrews yesterday I thought (at first) I saw a C-130  
with an AWACS radar dome coming in for a landing.  Since I wasn't sure  
there was such a thing, I then thought it was the Customs 'AWACS'  
which is based on a P-3.  But then as I looked again I thought it  
might be a Navy E-2 Hawkeye

Unfortunately I was driving and could get a really good look.

But it was about the same time you mentioned.
