While I'm pretty sure we have no such systems in our area, I THINK PG county's new proposed system will be Phase 2 compliant.
Still a couple of years away, though

Thanks David. Note that to get the link to work I had to delete two extra blank spaces from the end.
Although it still isn't clear from this article, it appears that to meet a "6.25 kHz equivalent," they are instead proposing a 12.5 kHz signal that carries two separate time slots. So, still, no actual 6.25 kHz plan, as far as I can tell.
