[Scan-DC] Status of P25 Phase 2?

Can anyone tell me whether any current P25 systems support 6.25 kHz 
bandwidth (using CQPSK modulation), or are they all 12.5 kHz bandwidth C4FM? 
I have tried searching on the web, and it seems that almost all references 
to the 6.25 kHz bandwidth mode ("Apco 25 Phase 2") were written in the 
distant past. The project25.org web site is not much help; the TIA web site 
isn't either. I could not immediately find any recent germane posts on RR. 
Wikipedia (for what it's worth) says that Phase 2 is under development, 
implying it isn't running now, but its discussion of Phase 1 talks about 
compatibility with 6.25 kHz CQPSK signals.

Anyway, I can't seem to find a definitive answer. Anyone know for sure what 
the situation is?
