[Scan-DC] Montgo County search

A major search has been underway since about 1:30pm for a person who is missing in the upper reaches of Montgomery County.  It appears the person is lost in the heavily wooded McKee Beshers Wildlife Management Area, between the C&O Canal and River Road, near Sycamore Landing Road.  The missing person has been using a cell phone to contact ECC, but the contact has been intermittent and the connections have been poor.  They are using GPS equipment to try to locate the cell phone making the call.

Montgomery is using foot searchers, ATVs and K9s.  Both Trooper 1 and the Eagle are on the way to the scene.

Operations are on 7G.
