NS doesn't have cab signals in this area.  The only place NS has cab
signaling anywhere on it's system is on the old CONRAIL territories
(formerly PRR territory in Pennsylvania and Ohio).

CSX and AMTRAK are the only railroads with functioning cab signals around
here.  AMTRAK on the Northeast Corridor, and CSX on the old RF&P and Boston
and Albany (also ex-CR)
