[Scan-DC] TV Conveter Box Coupons

This doesn't exactly have anything directly to do with scanning but I
have two of the $40 TV Converter Box coupons if anyone is interested
in experimenting with a box.
I got the coupons for just that purpose but I'm sure I won't have time
for experimentation. The coupons expire 9/03/08. So, they're free and
