[Scan-DC] Newbie BC245XLT

Trunk tracking happens automatically if you set the
system up properly.  the info si on the site but you
will have questions.  We might even be able to sjust
give you the files, but I don't know how to do that. 
I have Arlington Fairfax and Alexandria however.
