[Scan-DC] NBC4: Millions Needed For Upgrades To Capitol Police Radio System

I wonder how many millions it would cost them to piggyback on the DC gummint system and use a couple of talkgroups (even encrypted, if they want) like MD state police is doing in a lot of areas...

Of course, that puts them at the mercy of the vagaries of said gummint...
