[Scan-DC] Arlington P25

Is anyone running a program like trunker? There might be groups in use that
are not posted or are incorrect. Not saying any info is incorrect but TECHS
sometimes leak info that is incorrect so you don't monitor it.

Yes, there was a small oven fire earlier this evening.  1A, 1B & 1C
were all active and appeared correct.  I'm getting mediocre reception
[pro-96 w/RS 800MHz duck] in Silver Spring and Bethesda when mobile,
but great reception in the District - likely because I'm about 475' up
though.
