[Scan-DC] DC Boat Shooting

I've been monitoring MPD Harbor Patrol & they are investigating a "shooting"
on a boat (odessey?). It has over 450 people on it so I guess it's a real
mess right now.
 I don't know why there would be that many people on the boat at this hour
(1030hrs) but it may be one of those boat/dining type deals in Southwest.

A female got shot & they are looking for a white male.
