[Scan-DC] Arlington Makes The Switch

I have a buddy who is an Arlington firefighter... will check in with him in a couple of days and find out how it goes from someone who actually uses the system!  ;)  He's at their Station 5, and the construction of the new firehouse did _not_ go smoothly...

Alan, is the VHF simulcast to end as soon as the new system comes up?
